AS Watson Group has announced the appointment of Clarice Au as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Retail Hong Kong, effective March 1, 2025. In her new role, Au will oversee the company’s four major retail brands in Hong Kong—Watsons, PARKnSHOP, Fortress, and Watson’s Wine—guiding their continued evolution in an increasingly digital and customer-focused landscape.
With over 20 years at AS Watson, Au brings a wealth of experience and deep industry knowledge to her new position. She has held key leadership roles across multiple divisions, including Fortress and the MoneyBack loyalty program, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital transformation and enhancing customer engagement strategies.
